Every bottle is sourced directly from the house or its authorised regional distributor, and arrives sealed with batch codes intact.
Most fragrances are available as 2ml decants, and the cost is credited against a full bottle purchased within thirty days.
Same-day within Muscat before 4pm. One to three working days elsewhere in Oman, three to five across the GCC.
Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within fourteen days. Opened bottles can be exchanged.
